Brand support material designed and printed
Penny Morgan has recently released a new service called ‘Love Your Image’. A specially designed series of sessions that will take you on a journey to having confidence in front of any camera. To help get her brand noticed Penny wanted some brand support material designed and printed.
Although Penny designed her new logo I was asked to give my professional opinion to help fine tune the logo to look its best which I must say I think it does.
To help advertise Love Your Image, Penny wanted some support material designed to help promote the new brand and that was when she contacted me again.
The website had already been created and the main element of the design was the scrolling header showing images that Penny had created with one of her clients, and it was this fundamental part of the brand that had to feature in the new brand support material.
I was asked to design a business card, a flyer and a roller banner and wanted to give the design some extra punch which is where the heart background comes in which you can clearly see on the roller banner and the reverse of the leaflet.
The thing to remember about designing a roller banner is that usually only the top third is visible, especially if you stand the roller banner behind a table so it’s important that you get the message across within the top third as the bottom two thirds are usually not seen.
The use of the repeated heart pattern fills this space nicely and helps the top of the banner which is on a white background, to really stand out.
The theme of the design is then carried through to the business cards and flyers thereby retaining consistency of the brand.
Love Your Image now has a cohesive message across its digital and physical brand assets which should really help it to ‘stand out from the herd.’
